Gimme A T!
Reflection Sheet
1. How does this assignment relate to the standard?
This project was based on using a scatter graph to answer the questions given. We were given a scatter plot and were asked to find the linear line that would best fit the data. After we made this line, we answered questions about multiple things. We answered questions such as what the outlier is.
2. What are the steps you took to compete and do well on this assignment?
First, we had to answer the worksheet given to us in class. (<--optional) Next I typed up my answers and made a graph on it. I made sure to make my answers long. Finally I pasted the work onto a poster board based on a design I thought of while making it. I ended up with sick figures making signs that say, "gimme a" and I made a big human holding a ruler with a t-shirt that says, "T".
3. This assignment demonstrates the following strengths...
This assignments demonstrates that I can use information that I previously learned and information that I learned in class to make a project. Also this project demonstrates that I can do my work on time and make it presentable. Finally this assignment demonstrates that I know how to use a scatter plot and make a linear line that best fits the graph.
4. I could have improved my work on this assignment by...
I could have done it faster and with more detail. What I mean by faster is not as in finish by 30 minutes and get it over with. What I mean by faster is a few days before the work is actually due so that I wasn't doing it last minute. Also I could have been more specific on some parts of my project.
5. How will you apply the skills you learned from this assignment in either the real world when you are an adult or in other classes while you are still a student?
I can apply these skills on the finals. The finals haven't taken place yet when I am making this weebly. I can use this project (once I get it back) to study this standard. This project, if done right, can also boost my grades so that if I accidentally bomb the finals my grades won't drop too far. Also I can use this project in real life to plan what I need for what situations. For example, if I'm taking a test, a scatter plot would show that on average, the more you study the better grade you get.
